Items In Stock: Next Day Delivery
Orders placed by 2pm (unless otherwise stated) Monday to Friday will qualify for delivery the next working day (Monday-Friday) as long as the item ordered is in stock. Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as one day later.
If you have chosen a stock item that is available for next day delivery a member of our logistics team will be in contact to confirm the delivery date within one hour, to help us release your product for a time that is convenient for you please make use of our 'Addition Information' area at the checkout. If you have selected a stock item that requires a two man delivery team a member of our logistics team will be in contact within two working days.
Please be aware that the delivery company that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter a private premises. Please understand that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery and require assistance, you must arrange the assistance yourself.
Additional Delivery Leadtimes
If your item is not in stock and needs ordering from one of our suppliers the delivery lead time will be displayed along with the product. These times are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of the year.
Once an order is received into our warehouse ready for delivery to the customer a member of our logistics team will be in contact to arrange a suitable date.
Multiple orders receiving free delivery, will be delivered in one drop, Split date deliveries will be charged accordingly
Premium Next Day Delivery Service
The following rates apply:
For delivery before noon there is a charge of £15.00
For delivery before 10.30 am there is a charge of £25.00
For delivery before 9.00 am there is a charge of £30.00
For Saturday delivery a further premium of £20.00 is applicable.
For delivery to Northern Ireland and to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands a minimum premium of £50 is applicable - call 0800 542 2157 for confirmation.

Lead-time Quoted
Customers whose orders are placed for items with a lead-time will be contacted by telephone when the item is available for delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Any deliveries outside mainland UK where a lead-time is quoted will be subject to a surcharge - please contact us for a quotation.
